Delivery and Shipping

Your equipment can be delivered by Pilates Equipment Australia in the greater Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast areas. Prices vary depending on the exact location. Please ask!

As we manufacture to specific orders and many are individually customised please allow anywhere from 6-8 weeks for orders of one to three Reformers and longer for orders of four or more. When special tailoring is required, please allow longer manufacturing time due to factors such as sourcing special timber, vinyl and other materials.

Packaging and delivery costs are additional and are dependent on location and method of transportation chosen. The manufacturing time quoted does not include a specific delivery date. Time schedule will be made clear once method of transport is agreed upon. For interstate and overseas orders the cost of packaging and freight for each order can vary depending on the destination, size of order and method of transportation. We have preferred transport logistic specialists that we trust. Just ask! We do have specialist crates made up for international orders which ensure safe transport of your beautifully crafted pieces, so you can be assured orders will arrive in perfect condition!
